Thursday 25th January: Unsettled weather and the President’s Club

Bit of a mixed bag with showers and sunshine expected throughout the morning. Some of these will last longer than you’d like with some heavy downpours of rain possible, as well as the odd snow shower or hail. Turning cold later. Maximum temperature 9°C.

Down on the farm, we were happy to hear about the demise of the President’s Club charity dinner. We attended something similar here in Brecon once and the amount of hands that Dolly had on her futtocks was something that left a mark on her. But as Farmer Honey said, Attila the Hun did some pretty cheeky things but he did raise an awful lot of money for charity.
