Tuesday 13th February: Sleet, snow and pancakes

Like a Welshman the morning after a game against England, a rough start to the day. The sky will chuck strong winds along with rain, hail and hill snow at us before eventually turning drier throughout the afternoon. It’ll still feel quite windy throughout the rest of the day, making it feel chilly. Maximum temperature 7°C.

Down on the farm, we are all ready for Pancake Day. Mrs Honey has got a load of pancake mix in, Dolly’s been down the chicken barn to nick some eggs and Farmer Honey’s been peeling the pancakes off the kitchen ceiling from last year.
